Italian pasticceria and coffee bar with my sister near Inverness, Scotland.
We are currently looking for a full time pasticceria chef from May/June – October.

The responsibilities will include
- Italian baking (bigne, cornetto, crostata, bavarese, bomboloni and much more)
- Focaccia and ciabatta
- Preparing savoury dishes (sformato and soups)
- General kitchen cleanliness
Don’t worry, we will teach the candidate everything (and they can teach us too!) but we would like someone with some experience of Italian baking.
The hours will be 05:30 – 14:00, 5 days a week. The candidate will pay for their own accommodation but we can help them find somewhere.
