We are seeking a head chef to lead a kitchen staff of 8 people. Experience in independent restaurant and the ability to lead and teach staff required. Candidate will be in charge of menu planning, special creation, galley sanitation and teaching. Successful candidate will be both a teacher and a learner. Organized and willing to work long hours. This is a great opportunity, experience and adventure. Includes housing and competitive salary, flights to China (at one year working), increase of salary every 6 months, plus monthly performance bonus. Looking for immediate placement.

From a Hospitality Group in Cyprus assistant cooks and assistant waiters are wanted.
The Group, which represents 2 well-known foreign chains, has 8 restaurants (3 in Limassol, 2 in Nicosia, 1 in Larnaca, 1 in Paphos and 1 in Ayia Napa) and will soon open another one more in Nicosia.
They are looking for entry level candidates (graduates of touristic schools and / or junior professionals) where they will train them and offer them initially an one-year contract with the possibility of renewal if both sides wish to after.
Salary for the assistant cooks is 1100 E gross and 1000E gross for the assistant waiters. 7.8% is the deduction from the gross salary for social insurance. Accommodation is offered free of charge with only utilities cost of approximately 50E / month. 6 working days, 210 hours / month. Duty meals.
