JOB SUMMARY As a culinary trainee your main mission will be to provide an extraordinary culinary experience to our guests in restaurants, bars, guest rooms and events. You will have the opportunity to work with our chef partner and Executive Chef who will create a unique food and drink offering for our restaurants and bars, serving the Barcelona community. As well, you will have the opportunity to rotate in our 4 different outlets. In the preopening period you will have the opportunity to participate in the implementation and development of the standards of the department to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement and work to exceed the departmental and hotel’s goals. After the opening, you will collaborate with your colleagues to create a new unique original experience for our guests, working with your team being an active brand ambassador to deliver an authentic and sophisticated service, and create a successful business.
